Dan was great. He got to the core of the issue which was not the initial reason why I called 🙂 Dan was courteous and very helpful. He didn’t just leave it as is and suggested changing the whole thing. Instead, he did his diagnostics and got to the core of the issue and fixed it.

I contacted SK Plumbing Works and had a plumber at my residence within a very reasonable amount of time. I received an update that a technician was on route 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon arrival, the technician was very polite and personable, had a look at the problem in my shower, and explained the most likely cause, the solutions as well as the worst-case scenarios. I was quoted the cost of the Repairs as well as possible extra charges for unforeseen problems. Less than an hour later all the repairs were completed and the shower was cleaned up. Overall, great service! I’m very happy with SK Plumbing Works and would gladly call them again or recommend them!

We had a furnace problem during a cold snap and quickly looked for a potential service provider nearby. Fortunately we happened to choose Sk Plumbing & Heating. We were impressed with how quickly we could contact the company, get a response, be provided with what options there were for the service and find a convenient day/time for the service visit. We later called on the company for another issue, and once again we’re impressed with the way in which the request was handled.
In both service calls we were impressed with the service technicians who arrived in regards to their professional attitude, their demeanor, their willingness to educate us about the situation and once again suggest options and the relative pros and cons of each option. They probably could have tried to sell us on the most expensive option, but provided frank and honest descriptions of what each option entailed.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone and this certainly will be the only one we contact in the future.
